Insider’s French Red Wine

You could pay a fortune to see one of Mark Oldman’s famous, “five-star” (Food & Wine) “wildly popular” (Aspen magazine) live seminars at the nation’s top food festivals or you can take a Bevinars virtual wine class for a fraction of the cost and from the comfort of your own living room.

INSIDER’S FRENCH RED WINE

Mark is here with a comprehensive class designed to help to you choose French reds like a pro.

French wine is the world’s template, but what are the best regions, how do you get the most for your money, and what are the styles that match your own personal taste? Mark reveals what you really need to know about marquee regions such as Bordeaux, Burgundy, the Rhone Valley, and the Loire Valley, as well as hidden treasures from the Languedoc-Roussillon, Provence, and Southwest France. We will also decode the French appellation system, explore the concept of terroir, cut through various ranking systems, and learn a host of colorful French wine terms that will get you talking like a vigernon. And we will cover sensory evaluation techniques, decoding the label, and optimal food pairings.

Moreover, if you’ve ever been to one of Mark’s presentations, you know it is brimming with humor and his trademark “nuggets” of useful insider information that you won’t find anywhere else.

The cost of this class is $55 per household, and if you want to taste along with Mark, an optional Bevinars wine kit is now available to purchase at Wine.com.

You are encouraged — but not required — to taste along with Mark. If you wish to buy the accompanying Wine.com wine kit, please do so here as soon as possible after you register below.
